The Appraisal Logistics platform permits our clients to provide and work with their own Approved Appraiser Panels. If needed, our clients can draw upon Appraisal Logistics' nationwide network of pre-qualified appraisal professionals.
Each client has their own standards an Appraiser must meet in order to receive appraisal orders. Our clients typically have the following minimum requirements;
Certified Appraiser with a minimum of 7 years experience
$1,000,000 of Errors and Omissions coverage
Appraiser must be in Good Standing in all geographic areas of Certification
All Appraisers must provide 2 sample appraisal reports and a current resume. The sample reports should be complex to demonstrate their expertise and industry knowledge.
