Our system allows clients to provide and work with their own approved Appraiser panels.  In addition, our clients can draw upon Appraisal Logistic Solutions’ nationwide network of pre-qualified Appraisal professionals. 

Each client has its own standards an Appraiser must meet in order to receive appraisal orders.  We have found that our clients typically have the following minimum requirements;

•    Certified Appraiser with a minimum of 5 years experience
 
•    $1,000,000 of Errors and Omissions coverage
 
•    Appraiser must be in Good Standing in all geographic areas of Certification
