Appraisal Logistic Solutions, Inc. was conceived when Freestate Residential Appraisal Services and Shoreline Appraisal Services, Inc. came together, in September, 2007.  The partners combined their operations and resources to further serve their Clients by offering nationwide appraisal management services.

 

Freestate Residential Appraisal Services was founded by Dan Diekmann in 2000.  Dan is a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser with Certifications in Maryland and Virginia (see below).  Shoreline Appraisal Services, Inc. was founded by Frank Danna in 2001.  Frank is a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser with Certifications in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia (see below).  Dan and Frank have over thirty years of combined real estate appraisal and real estate appraisal management experience.

  

The companies combined their efforts in 2007 for the sole purpose of providing their Client’s an option for their escalating compliance requirements.  We offer a reliable nationwide appraisal management service to the banking industry.  Our Founders and Management Team bring the precise combination of industry knowledge and practical experience that our Clients can rely on.  With many years of appraisal management, banking and mortgage lending experience, the team at ALSI provides its Clients with a timely, efficient and high quality resource they can depend on.

 

Profiles:

 

Frank Danna, Managing Partner / President:  Frank’s industry experience provides him with an overall understanding of the mortgage lending and banking environment demands and concerns.  Franks professional background cultivated from mortgage banking and appraisal management.  Frank began his career in the real estate / mortgage industry in the Washington, D.C. area in 1992 as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser.  He broadened his experience when he moved into the mortgage banking business in 1995.  Frank decided in 2001 to revert back to his passion which was that of a Real Estate Appraiser.  He is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser with Certifications in Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Virginia.  He has owned and operated a successful full service real estate appraisal company since 2001.

 

Dan Diekmann, Managing Partner / Chief Operations Officer:  Dan began his career in the real estate industry as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the Washington, D.C. area in 1993.  He is an accomplished Certified Real Estate Appraiser with over 17 years experience.  He has owned and operated a full service real estate appraisal company in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area since 2000.  Dan’s broad career as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser has afforded him vast industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of the appraisal business, industry and inter-workings of the residential appraisal and lender / client affiliation. 

 

Tracy McQuoid, Director of Operations: Tracy began her career in the mortgage industry in 1997 with a national mortgage origination company as a Loan Processor and was later promoted to Processing Manager.  As her career progressed, Tracy worked her way through the corporate structure and became a Direct Endorsement Underwriter, Corporate Trainer and ultimately Operations Manager.  Her areas of expertise include but are not limited to; Management, Quality Control, Underwriting, Closing, Post Closing, Loan Processing, etc...  Her thorough understanding of the mortgage lending business is what made Tracy the perfect fit for ALSI.  ALSI is committed to providing our clients with the highest level of service and expertise.  She has the industry knowledge and expertise to provide that level of service.   

 

Dennis Ashcroft, National Sales Executive:  Dennis has vast management, organizational and lender experience.  He began his sales career in 1972 with Jerrold Electronics as a Sales Engineer.  He accelerated to a Regional Sales Manager with Showtime Entertainment in 1976.  Dennis entered the banking arena in 1984 when he and a few colleagues formed a local Federal Credit Union.  He served as Officer/Director/Co-Founder of the credit union until the organization was merged with a corresponding credit union.  Dennis served as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee and on the Loan Committee.  Dennis has since engaged in loan origination, wholesale lending.  We selected Dennis from a pool of outstanding candidates to serve as our National Sales Executive.  The selection process was easy due to his broad range of sales management and interpersonal skills as well as his industry background and knowledge.  We feel that his experience is the precise mix of industry knowledge and understanding to facilitate our outline to meet our client’s goals.  He has a thorough understanding of the industry changes coming our way and has developed a team of highly qualified individuals to service our client’s needs and expectations.
