You maintain and set the limits of your Approved Appraisal Panel with the ability to limit their coverage areas. ALSI recognizes the importance of the quality working relationships you have developed with your Appraiser vendors. We work to maintain and even build on those relationships. The Appraisers on your Approved Appraiser Panel may have the opportunity to receive additional business from our existing Clients by being designated to the ALSI Preferred Appraiser Network.
Nationwide Appraiser Network - Complete network of pre-qualified Appraisers that can be further screened to meet your precise needs / criterion. Many of our Clients come to us with too few or no Approved Appraisers. They instruct us to build them a quality Approved Appraiser Panel. We review your minimum criteria for Approved Appraisers. Once we understand your demands, we begin the building process. ALSI is unique to the business of appraisal management. We do not accept just any Appraiser into the ALSI Preferred Appraiser Network. Many of the Appraisers in the ALSI Preferred Appraiser Network were introduced by our Clients. Quality Control Review – Appraisal Reports are run through our automated review process to further increase your closing ratios. All of the Appraisal Reports delivered to our Clients automatically go through two basic review processes. First, the reports are run through an Automated PDF Review System (APRS). The APRS Review Report and Summary are forwarded to the Client along with the Appraisal Report to aid in the underwriting of the Report. Additionally, all Appraisal Reports are physically reviewed by ALSI qualified staff to ensure all of the elements are in place, ie. comparable photos, signature(s), sketch, maps etc… We offer a full suite of additional review options if more stringent review services are needed. These options range from an Underwriter Review all the way up to a Field Review. We have full time Appraisers and DE Underwriters on staff to meet the stringent demands of our Clients. We firmly believe that high quality service and reports lead to lower processing costs and higher efficiency.

Appraisal Fee Processing - We manage the collection and disbursement of the appraisal fees, thus eliminating potential post- closing issues while reducing your bookkeeping efforts. We have the ability to process your Borrowers credit card within the appraisal order. Simply enter the card information and click save. The card is immediately processed.
